The Fair Work Commission will recommend how to encourage fair employment practices across Wales.
The Fair Work Commission has been set up by the First Minister to make recommendations on fair work.
It will consider what the Welsh Government could be doing to promote fair work employment practices across Wales. It will help make Wales a fair work nation.
The Commission is a Welsh Government ministerial body. Professor Linda Dickens MBE is the Chair and the other members of the Commission are:
- Professor Edmund Heery
- Sarah Veale CBE
- Sharanne Basham-Pyke
Professor Alan Felstead will act as the independent expert adviser to the Commission. The Commission will make its recommendations by spring 2019.
Full meetings of the Commission will be held on a regular basis, approximately every 6 weeks.
