As part of the process evaluation, the implementation of the Act is considered in its entirety.

This report present findings from the process evaluation phase of the study. The evaluation will examine the implementation and outcomes of the Act through its five principles (and the financial implications of each) and five domains as determined by the study team:

  1. service users
  2. carers
  3. families and communities
  4. workforce
  5. organisations
