This evaluation investigated regional collaborative projects the Welsh Government has supported through various funding mechanisms, in order to improve and broaden understanding of the effectiveness and outcomes of this form of collaboration. It focuses primarily on the Regional Collaboration Fund. The report makes recommendations on the enabling conditions for effective regional collaboration and includes five in-depth case studies of regional collaboration from across Wales.
