The primary objective of the Close The Pay Gap Campaign is to tackle discrimination in pay systems.
This is the latest release
This was identified as the main cause of the gender pay gap, a serious issue which has led to women being undervalued for equivalent work to men. An independent evaluation of the campaign was undertaken by Fitzgerald Associates and finished in July 2007.
