This report provides evidence on the achievements of Cymorth in establishing partnership infrastructures to support the provision of services to young people in disadvantaged areas. The report examines how far Cymorth provided innovative, preventative services and support designed to improve the prospects for disadvantaged children and families in later years.
This evaluation report draws upon a range of evidence that has been collected over the last three years using a variety of difference research methods.
