Help us test the improved Single Procurement Document functionality in Sell2Wales

We are working with our service providers to enhance the usability and integration of the Single Procurement Document (SPD) between Sell2Wales and eTenderwales.

We are looking for volunteers to test the system once this work is complete. If you are interested in helping, please send your details to ICTProcurement@gov.wales

Dun & Bradstreet user cleanse

We have been working with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) to undertake a data cleansing exercise on the Supplier Portfolio Manager Portal. Having reviewed all user activity, we instructed D&B to deactivate any user that had not logged in to the portal since June 2020.

If you are not a frequent user of the system and use it on an ad-hoc basis only, we encourage you to speak with colleagues within your organisation that hold an active account, so that they can run a report on your behalf. Users must not share their login details with anyone else under any circumstances.

If your account has been deactivated, and you still require access to the portal, please e-mail ICTProcurement@gov.wales to request for your account access to be reviewed.

JAGGAER 21.1 release

The JAGGAER 21.1 release is currently available within the eTenderwales PREP site where users can explore the latest enhancements.

This release will be deployed to the live eTenderWales site on 12 April 2021. Further details including release notes and a summary of the new features and functionality can be found here.

We are currently in the process of producing eTenderwales specific notes, which we will share with stakeholders once available.

eProcurement discovery

A procurement is currently underway to appoint a supplier to work with the Centre for Digital Public Services on a discovery exercise. Buyers and suppliers will have the opportunity to feed into this exercise. The output from the discovery will be an updated digital action plan / roadmap for procurement, which takes into consideration the landscape moving forward.
