Single Procurement Document (SPD)

We are in the process of adding additional questions to the part 3 selection questions in SPD. As a result, we will require people to test this new functionality, which includes ensuring correct question export and import between Sell2wales and eTenderwales, as well as Welsh Language functionality.

We have set up quarterly meetings to review part 3 questions, which we expect to start in June. If you would like to attend, please e-mail: ICTProcurement@gov.wales

Basware

Basware are currently in the process of transitioning their cloud-based services from current provider Lumen to Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The change will not impact current services provided by Basware. Users will be required to repoint their system to the new IP address by the end of June. The full migration is due to take place in late August (26-29th). For further details and to receive the new IP address, please e-mail: ICTProcurement@gov.wales

For customers who access Basware Marketplace via a browser, the URL’s for both the live and production sites are also changing and the new addresses are as follows:

eTrading

We are looking at options and requirements for future provision ready for when the current Basware contract expires at the end of March 2023. If you would like to take part in setting requirements, please contact the mailbox ICTProcurement@gov.wales
