In the Draft Budget for 2016 to 2017, our focus is on our priorities and the services which mean the most to the people of Wales. This includes nearly £300 million extra for the Welsh NHS and £230 million new capital investment to support public service infrastructure.

The End of Budget Tour 2015 report provides a summary of meetings the Minister for Finance and Government Business had with public services frontline staff and service users, to listen to their views on our spending priorities for 2016 to 2017.
