Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Wales) Order 2006 (2006 No. 40)

In this Order the inland waters and land within the area referred to in the Schedule to the Order are designated for the purposes of section 2 of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937. This Order prohibits the moving of any live fish or live fish eggs into or out of the designated area without the previous consent in writing of the National Assembly for Wales.
