eProcurement tools

The contract with Dunn & Bradstreet ended on the 27 February 2020.  We are completing a GCloud to ensure that there is continuity of the service.

Docusign

As part of the continued development of eProcurement tools, the Welsh Government is undertaking a feasibility study to make the digital signature service, Docusign, available to any organisation currently using the eTenderWales platform.

IT products and services (ii) (ITPS2)

The tender for ITPS2 was published on the 12 December 2019 and closed on the 31 January 2020.We started evaluating the tenders earlier this month and it is due to go livein June 2020. If you would like more information, please contact: NPSICTCategoryTeam@gov.wales.

Multi-functional devices

Our multi-functional device framework is due to expire on 22 January 2021. We will shortly be undertaking a review to scope the need for a new all-Wales MFD agreement.

Library management system (LMS) framework agreement (Ref: NPS-PS-0017-15)

The WLGA has agreed that the local authorities will take forward a new project for replacing t library management system agreement for the local authorities in Wales.
