The report presents interim findings from the Dementia Action Plan 2018-2022 Evaluation, with a focus on the implementation of the plan and provision of person-centred care.
The initial phase of the evaluation involved:
- Interviews with key stakeholders
- Workshops with the Regional Partnership Boards (RPBs)
- An online survey targeted at people living with dementia and their carers
- Interviews with people living with dementia and their carers
The report presents some themed areas for Welsh Government consideration for future dementia services and any strategies that follow the Dementia Action Plan. These themed areas will be explored further in the final report.
