We want your views on revisions to the Housing section of Planning Policy Wales.
Consultation description
We are consulting on proposals to:
- remove the requirement for local planning authorities to provide a 5 year supply of land for housing
- revoke Technical Advice Note (TAN) 1
- monitor housing delivery, rather than housing land supply
