This is a statutory sample survey which is carried out annually by the Welsh Government to agricultural holdings in Wales as part of a UK wide exercise.
There is a legal obligation for the form to be completed and returned.
This year, the forms are going out to almost 11,300 recipients out of a potential 38,500 plus registered holdings.
