The report summarises the environment-related changes in respondents’ behaviour since the onset of COVID-19, and any demographic or geographic differences influencing behaviour change.

The report also outlines the support required from the Welsh Government, in the view of respondents, in order to maintain these behaviour changes over time.
The report findings indicate what motivates behaviour change. This has implications on the types of public communications that may be required in order to promote positive net zero behaviour changes which is set out within the report.
