NPS media buying framework

We have extended the media buying framework agreement with Golley Slater for 12 months. The framework now expires on 16 July 2020, with the option to extend for a further 12 months.

Guidance documents on Sell2Wales (login required) have been amended to reflect this extension.

NPS printing services framework

Following the written statement by the then Minister for Finance in September 2018, we will be reducing the amount of national framework agreements procured for the Welsh public sector. We are consulting on which frameworks will remain with customers, and we hope to have a final decision in the next few months.

Whilst these decisions are made, and to ensure continuity of services to our customers, we are in the process of implementing a 6 month extension to the original printing services framework agreement. This  leaves us time to plan and implement any future printing services provision. The extension will begin on 8 January 2020 until 31 July 2020.

Guidance documents on Sell2Wales will be amended once the process is complete.

Stationery

Diaries will be available to order on this framework soon. Customers are advised to place their orders as quickly as possible, as the stock is usually only available for approximately 4 weeks.

Following recent communication with customers, paper prices will be amended in Basware on 1 August 2019. We have recently met Lyreco to discuss future strategies and extension options and will arrange customer focus group in the autumn. Please contact us at NPSCorporateServices@gov.wales for further information.

Occupational Health

We have issued the outcomes report from the recent customer focus group meetings to customers. They are also available on Sell2Wales (login required).

A new service manager, Laura Phillips, has been appointed for the EAP provider Care First. Laura will be contacting customers to arrange meetings.
