Income tax and VAT
Self-assessment income tax payments have been deferred from the end of July 2020 to the end of January 2021.
VAT payments have been deferred from the end March 2020 to the end June 2020.
These are an automatic offer with no applications required. No penalties or interest for late payment will be charged in the deferral period.

Mortgage or loan payments
Lenders have agreed to defer mortgage or loan payments for 3 months for those struggling due to coronavirus.
Contact your lender as soon as possible if you think you may have difficulties with payments.
