1.1 The Board approved the minutes of the previous meeting.

2.1 The Board noted the progress update.
Item 3: Stocktake
3.1 The Board noted the stocktake undertaken over the Easter recess and agreed that a similar exercise should be undertaken in the summer.
Item 4: National Contemporary Art Gallery
4.1 The Board discussed the National Contemporary Art Gallery.
Item 5: Senedd reform and Constitutional Commission
5.1 The Board discussed Senedd reform with officials updating that good progress had been made in recruiting to the team that would take forward the work once the Special Purpose Committee had reported.
Item 6: Comms
6.1 The Board reflected on the joint press conference held in March and were grateful for all the preparatory work done by officials.
