You must update your Childcare Offer for Wales account if your circumstances change.
You must immediately tell us about anything that may affect your eligibility, for example:
- your job or the hours you normally work change
- your gross income is higher than expected and may exceed £100,000 per year
- you are made redundant
- you have stopped studying
Gross income is the total income before any deductions, including but not limited to:
- pension contributions
- health insurance
- salary sacrifice schemes
- annual bonuses or dividends
Tell us about any changes by updating your details in your account
Every term you will also receive an email and alert in your account instructing you to check and confirm your circumstances. Your funding may be suspended if you do not do this.
If while receiving the Childcare Offer you become ineligible, you enter a temporary exemption period for up to 8 weeks.
