1.1 Cymeradwyodd y Cabinet gofnodion 22 Medi / Cabinet approved the minutes of 22 September.

Item 2: First Minister’s items

2.1 The First Minister informed Cabinet that it appeared increasingly possible that UK ministers were moving away from the decisions by the previous government to uprate benefits in-line with inflation, which would create additional problems for vulnerable families. It appeared increasingly possible that there would be public spending cuts, which would create further pressures on the Welsh Government’s Budget.

Item 3: Senedd business

3.1 Cabinet considered the contents of the Plenary grid and noted there were no votes planned for Tuesday and voting time was scheduled for around 6:35pm on Wednesday.
