Definition

South West and Mid Wales Consortium provides information on areas where the six Local Authorities of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Neath and Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, Powys, and Swansea, are working collaboratively to develop new systems and ways of working, in order to deliver improved services for children and young people and to support them to achieve improved standards.
