Context

Since 2011, proposed laws at the National Assembly for Wales are called Bills, and enacted laws are called Acts. The Measures made since 2007 will continue to be called Assembly Measures and will continue to have the same legal effect. No more Measures can be made and new laws made by the Assembly are called Acts.
