Bryson Craske is Commercial Director of The Abergavenny Fine food Co.
Bryson has worked in the Welsh food industry for nearly 30 years. For the past 15 years, he has been Commercial Director for The Abergavenny Fine Food Co.
Bryson’s parents founded Abergavenny Fine Foods in the early 1980s. Bryson was fortunate to become part of a sector of such importance to Wales. He has always valued the significance of Welsh provenance, be it in product identity or company positioning.
Bryson has also had significant exposure to crisis management. Following a devastating fire in 2015, he worked with partners to completely re-build the Blaenavon facility. And, as part of the senior management team, he has helped to steer the business through the latest challenges of the Global Pandemic.
Bryson has a varied and wide knowledge base covering many aspects of the food sector. These include areas such as:
- new product development
- quality system regulation
- food service
- export market development
The journey so far has been full of challenges but also hugely rewarding and enjoyable.
