Thank you for your request which I received on 16 June 2022.  You asked for:

Information on the spraying of chemicals in the skies of the UK; the contents and purpose of such spraying and any research relating to the health and safety impacts of such a programme.

Our response

Following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you require is not held by the Welsh Government. 

The activity you describe in your email would be classified as Geo-engineering.  Such matters are not devolved to Welsh Government but would come under the UK Government’s Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).  May I refer you to their policy paper ‘Geo-engineering: the government’s view’ which can be found at this link Geo-engineering : the government’s view
