You have asked for the following:

  1. What funding has been paid to Neath Port Talbot Council for active travel in the last 3 years broken down by year (actual payments and not allocations)?
  2. What happens to any underspends?

I can confirm we hold some of the information relating to your request –

  1. The funding amounts for active travel to Neath Port Talbot Council can be found in the table below.  I have split 2021/22 into two columns as we have received Neath Port Talbot’s quarter 4 claims but as they are in the process of being reviewed, the quarter 4 claims have not yet been agreed or paid.
