the source material used to provide advice about 'Creating accessible documents' that is published on the Welsh Government website under the GOV.WALES standards and guidance sub topic (in addition to confirming the author of the published advice and whether any source material was used by the author or authors).

I can confirm that Welsh Government does not hold any recorded information of this description. In preparing content for the Creating accessible documents collection on GOV.WALES, a number of officials worked collaboratively to explore good practice from a variety of publicly available sources, including:

The published guidance was developed based on this broad range of information.
