Dear

Request for Information – ATISN 16259

I wrote to you on 28 April regarding your request for information regarding The Ford Bridgend Taskforce.

Information requested

You asked for:

  1. The number of meetings held in each calendar year from 2011 to 2021 (or from whenever the entity in question was created or established until 2021, if later); and
  1. The cost of maintaining the same, again broken down by calendar year and over the same period,

Our response

I can confirm the Welsh Government holds information captured by your request.

For question one, the Ford Taskforce met eight times between July 2019 and July 2020; six times in 2019 and twice in 2020 (one of which was a virtual meeting).

For question two, the cost of maintaining the Ford Taskforce was £1,019.91 and this was all expended in 2019 calendar year.
