Thank you for your request which I received on 16 March 2022. You asked for:
The Welsh Government embarked on a work stream to assess the impact of solar farms on soils. Work packages 1 and 2 have been completed and work is underway on Work Package 3 relating to impacts.
Please disclose all correspondence and evidence provided with respect to Work package 3 or the draft report which has been produced by ADAS and submitted to the Welsh Government.
Our response
Following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that all correspondence were released under ATISN 15739 and the remaining information you require is not held by the Welsh Government.
