Thank you for your request to the Welsh Government for information under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) received on 02 February 2022. You requested the following:
- Please could you give to me the figures/data for discarded platelets, from the Welsh Blood Service, due to activated platelets and/or aggregates.
- How many platelets have been discarded because "clumping" has already occurred before transfusion and/or pooling.
- Please can you provide the previous 5yrs data: 2017-2022 (part of)
