ATISN 15909 – Rule of Six 

Thank you for your request to the Welsh Government for information under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) received on 29 December 2021.  You requested the following: 

1.    The science regarding the rule of 6, by science NOT the link to some document without verifiable data.

a) The experiments and supporting data

b) the air flow dynamics of the area where the tests have been 
carried out.  (to see the actual air flow and not the predicted and 
simulated)

2.    The explanation by the First Minister of his understanding, not links nor other people's opinions 

Our Response

On Q1a, the Welsh Government does not hold experimental data.

On Q1b, the Welsh Government does not hold this information.

On Q2, the provisions enshrined within the Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides right of access to what is held as recorded information at the time the request is made. However, the act does not require us to share our opinion on matters. Consequently, we have concluded that this aspect of your request is not a valid Freedom of Information request and therefore we will not be responding to this aspect of your request.
