We want your views on a proposed licensing scheme for animal exhibits in Wales.
Consultation description
The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Animal Exhibits) (Wales) Regulations 2020 provide a licensing scheme for certain animal exhibits.
The scheme will allow for welfare checks to be made and ensure that animals are exhibited in a respectful and responsible way.
We want your views on :
- the draft regulations
- the accompanying guidance,
- the possible wider impacts on the people and biodiversity of Wales.
