The second Active Travel Conference was held in Cardiff on 25 September 2014.

The focus of this year’s conference was on the benefits of getting more children and young people walking and cycling and how to achieve this. Participants heard from the Children’s Commissioner, the Minister for Education and Skills, the Minister for Economy, Science and Transport and a wide range of practitioners and experts. A particular highlight were the afternoon workshops.
