Planning permission for an extension to the existing Park House Court (C2 use classification) healthcare premises is approved subject to conditions.

This application included a proposal for an extension to the existing Park House Court (C2 use classification) healthcare premises.

The planning application was subject to a public hearing. The Inspector appointed to hold the hearing prepared a report for the Minister for Housing and Regeneration.

The Minister accepted the Inspector’s recommendation that planning permission should be granted for an extension to the existing Park House Court (C2 use classification) healthcare premises. This is to provide 132 mixed tenure serviced care units and associated communal facilities, within an enhanced landscape setting forming a cohesive healthcare campus, subject to conditions.

The Decision Letter contains the reasoning behind the Minister’s decision to grant planning permission.
