Practical guidance on how to comply with the Building Regulations.
As guidance is reviewed and changes made we will publish separate Approved Documents.
Each document contains guidance, examples and solutions for building work to comply with the Building Regulations.
In addition, the Welsh Government publish circular documents which highlight when changes have been made to the Approved Documents and reports undertaken on behalf of the Welsh Government.
The Approved Documents held on this website are the current versions. Archived versions of previous Approved Documents can be found on the National Library Archives.
