Wales Drug and Alcohol helpline (Dan 24/7)

Free and bilingual 24-hour telephone helpline providing a single point of co ntact for anyone in Wales wanting further information or help relating to drugs or alcohol. Telephone 0800 6 33 55 88.

All Wales Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Helpline

A bilingual information signposting service, to help and guide peop le wit h experience of domestic abuse or sexual violence, who are in need of information or access to support services, available 24 hours a day. Call 0808 80 10 800.

Meic

The 24-hour bilingual helpline service for children and young people up to the age of 2 5 in Wales. Telephone 0808 802 3456 or text 84001.

Offers advice and counselling about relationships.

Samaritans 

Provides confidential emotional support, 24-hours a day. Call 08457 90 90 90.
