Hate crime digital stories

Launched during Hate Crime Awareness Week 2013. These stories aim to raise awareness, encourage victims to come forward and to promote support services and resources available to victims of hate crime.

From the left menu, you can view five individual stories together with a film showing the Minister for Communities and Tackling poverty launching Hate Crime Awareness week in October 2013.

These digital stories are part of a larger hate crime film resource entitled 'Wales: Standing Together Against Hate Crime' which has been produced by Race Equality First as part of the All Wales Hate Crime Research Project.

The resource includes a short film about hate crime and messages from the police and Crown Prosecution Service. The resource is free to use by registering with Race Equality First website (External link) for online access or a copy on DVD.

To register, please email info@raceequalityfirst.org.uk or telephone 029 2048 6207.
