Circulars

These circulars are relevant to people looking for information on the management of housing in Wales.

Some of these circulars are Registered Social Landlord (RSL) circulars. The RSL circulars include reference numbers in their titles and these start 'RSL', for instance 'RSL 01/06'. These circulars provide guidance to support the Regulatory Code for Housing Associations Registered in Wales. They also offer advice on good practice and other Assembly policies. They will, over time, replace all of the former Tai Cymru circulars.
