A summary of the research commissioned by Welsh Government on the behaviour and knowledge of tenants and landlords.

This research was carried out by the Welsh Government and Beaufort research through their Wales Omnibus Survey.  These surveys were commissioned to support the development of the Renting Homes (Wales) Bill. The Wales Omnibus survey surveyed tenants and their behaviours and a Welsh Government survey on Landlords and their properties.
