The Warm Homes and Energy Conservation Act 2000 gives us an opportunity to:

  • build on our work on fuel poverty;
  • consider what future action needs to take place; and
  • build partnerships that help us meet our commitment to eradicating fuel poverty in Wales.

This Fuel Poverty Commitment presents our proposals to comply with the Act and to ensure as far as reasonably practical no household in Wales lives in fuel poverty beyond 2018.
