Tell us if you want any of the documents on this page in an alternative format.
This survey monitors national progress on experiences of cancer care in Wales.
The 2015 survey has been commissioned in partnership with Macmillan Cancer support and delivered by Picker Institute Europe.
It provides a wealth of data to evaluate the implementation of current policy, as well as service delivery and patient experience.
The data will allow health boards to evaluate services at a local and national level and help shape the future direction of cancer services across Wales.
