This scheme provides self-help books to children, young people to help them deal with emotional issues and give additional guidance.

Mental health services that give help and support.

CALL (external link) is a freephone helpline which offers confidential emotional support and information on mental health matters. It is a 24-hour service for anyone in Wales concerned about their own mental health or that of a relative or friend. The free phone number is 0800 132 737, or text ‘help’ to 81066.

CALL is funded by the Welsh Government.

NHS Direct Wales (external link) provides health advice 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It includes useful information on mental health problems. The helpline number is 0845 46 47.
