Decision on common land at Mynydd y Gwair, Swansea (20 July 2016)
The common land applications were considered by an independent Planning Inspector who held a hearing in respect of the applications. The Inspector prepared a report for the Cabinet Secretary for Environment and Rural Affairs.
The Cabinet Secretary agreed with the Inspector's recommendation that:a) consent for the erection of fencing to protect certain structures on common land at Mynydd y Gwair should be granted
