This report looks at the overall economic impact of food festivals in Wales, including spending by festivals, impact of visitor spend and potential employment supported.

There is a strong focus on primary producers collaborating to improve the marketing of their produce. Food Festivals in Wales have provided a framework for this to occur, drawing together new and established producers in attractive settings.
