This is the second interim report resulting from a three-year Estyn remit study on learner involvement in the post-16 sector. It focuses on further education institutions (FEIs) and Welsh for Adults (WfA) language centres. The research will help inform the review and further development of DfES’ Learner Involvement Strategy guidance and disseminate ‘best practice’ case studies across the post-16 network.
