EU student funding guarantee for Welsh universities announced

Independent review of higher education funding and student finance arrangements
It draws upon the Review Panel's interim report, which was published alongside a summary of responses to a call for evidence, which ran from November 2014 to February 2015, and 2 additional reports that were commissioned by the Panel.
Our response to the proposals
We have published a consultation on our proposals for student support and higher education funding. This has been informed by the Review Panel's proposals. It will run from 22 November 2016 to 14 February 2017. Our detailed response to the Review Panel's proposals has been published as a separate annex to the consultation document.
