The company - which is headquartered in Cardiff - is an online transport broker providing chauffeur driven limousine hire, hummer limo hire, wedding car hire, chauffeur car hire, coach hire, and minibus hire around the UK.

It also plans to add helicopter hire services to its growing services portfolio and  has recently moved into larger premises in Ocean Way to cater for the expansion.

The Group which currently employs thirty people was set up in September 2011 to bring its three separate trading companies under one arm – and now incorporates Limo Broker Ltd, Coach Broker Ltd, and Cars for Stars Ltd,

It has successfully launched its Limo Broker brand into Northern Ireland, and  plans to expand into America and Canada. Last month it recruited fifteen new members of staff for its call centre and plans to create another 30 jobs by the end of the year.

Managing director and founder Tej Randeva said the business has benefited enormously from free support through the Welsh Government’s business advisory service, the Regional Centre Service.

The Regional Centre Service provided a business support manager to help the company with mapping out its business structure, marketing strategy, and opportunities going forward, as well as being able to offer subsidised training and free HR support through an equalities adviser.

Business Minister Edwina Hart congratulated the group on its expansion plans.

"I am pleased the Group has benefited from our Regional Centre Service which is designed to provide a raft of business advice and support to enable companies in Wales to operate as effectively and efficiently as possible and achieve their growth plans.

"Transport Broker Group plans to create a significant number of new jobs offering new employment opportunities for people in the area and I wish them every success with their expansion."

Mr Randeva said:

"Support from the Regional Centre Service has helped us to expand the business in terms of creating new jobs at the company which will facilitate growth and help us achieve our goal of expanding the business internationally. It’s been a very positive experience and refreshing to be able to discuss the business with someone with many years of practical experience."

Mr Randeva said staff training and development is high on the company’s agenda and they had recently attained Investors in People Gold Award.

He added that a talented and skilled workforce, which is highly motivated to deliver great customer service, has been key to the business’ success.

The Group’s luxury chauffeur driven cars and limos are regularly in demand from celebrities like Kate Moss, Alexandra Burke, and The Only Way is Essex cast all having used limousines supplied by the company, as well as large corporate clients including Endemol, Sony, ITV, and Foxy Bingo.

It caters for a wide range of events such as children’s parties, prom nights, stag and hen parties, weddings, special occasions, and trips to sporting events, and theme parks.
