The Welsh Ministers make the following Directions in exercise of the powers confered by section 40(1) of the Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure 2009.
These directions concern the securing, provision and participation in learner support services for relevant young persons.
They were made 4 February 2011 and come into force 1 September 2011.
