Wales Infrastructure Investment Plan

The Wales Infrastructure Investment Plan (WIIP) drives collaboration, increases visibility and delivers our strategic capital investment decisions.

Infrastructure investment is one of our highest priorities. It provides a much needed stimulus, creating the conditions for sustainable growth in the medium and longer term. WIIP is designed to prioritise, scope and coordinate delivery of our major infrastructure investments, whilst improving the long-term economic, social and environmental wellbeing of people and communities in Wales.
