We want your views on how we intend to strengthen environmental governance in and further address climate change and biodiversity loss in Wales.

Consultation description

The White paper contains our proposals to:

  • embed environmental principles in Welsh law,
  • establish an environmental governance body, and
  • introduce targets and statutory duties for the protection and restoration of biodiversity in Wales.
