Context: Animation is a term used by the EU for (i) facilitating exchanges between stakeholders to provide Information and to promote the Strategy and (ii) to support beneficiaries with a view to developing Operations and preparing applications and (iii) it can be used for stimulating the local Development Process. It is similar to bringing to life a Strategy so it can be delivered.
